Rebecca Louise Kelly

Hi, I am Rebecca Louise Kelly, Transformation Coach, Touch-Talk Expert and Founder of Haelan Therapy.

I began my journey in holistic therapy in 2010 after my mum was diagnosed with cancer.  My experience with mum made me realise the importance of making every day count and ensuring that my life was about what I ‘wanted’ and 'wished' to achieve.   In 2011 I decided to follow my interest in holistic therapy and follow the path to help people transform their lives.   At the core of my work is a belief that when people look after their wellbeing, raise their awareness of and release deep emotional self limiting beliefs, they can ultimately become the very best they can be both for themselves and for those around them.

Here at Haelan, we offer a wealth of holistic treatments.  My  team draw on array of skills which stretch the length and breadth of the holistic arena.  I am very proud to be working with such an amazing team of therapists.  We look forward to meeting you soon and helping you begin your journey with us.

Indiana Lou Lazuli

Hi, my name is Indiana Lou Lazuli! I absolutely love being part of the Haelan team where I am able to deliver my own unique blend of transformative ‘i Revolution’ therapies and programmes ' into the mix, which I cannot wait to share with you.

I bring many years of expertise and experience as a Sports Therapist, with unprecedented results through my own pioneering intuitive practises. I have always been fascinated with the human body and it's incredible healing capabilities. I have organically developed my academic understanding of the body infusing my natural holistic style to accelerate the bodies healing process.

I have witnessed first-hand how the human form is magikal: the vehicle through which we live our life and purpose. When we dynamically align and revolutionise that life and purpose throughout the anatomical structure of our body, amazing things happen allowing us to enjoy life to its full potential. That is the underpinning philosophy of 'i Revolution': a philosophy beautifully aligned to Haelan Therapy.

I look forward to meeting and journeying with you

Karenanne Hay

Hi, I am Karenanne Hay. I am inspired by the potential of all human spirit. I specialise in helping people make the best of their lives. My belief is that everyone has the capacity to be exactly who they want to be. Within my treatments I look to treat the whole person rather than just a set of symptoms and my role is to enable people to release tension, stress and worry so they can feel more grounded to make the next move in their life.

My training began over 20 years ago and therefore I bring to Haelan a wealth of knowledge which spans across reflexology, massage, reiki and counselling. Having experienced my own pain and suffering, I believe that with the right support, everyone has the ability to do the same both inside and out. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Sarah Tomlin

Hello, I'm Sarah. I trained in Swedish body and deep tissue massage with the intention of helping others to heal.  I aimed to do this primarily through easing stiff and achy muscles, soothing tired joints and repairing misalignments of the body. Through my own personal experience, it soon became apparent that as well as paying attention to our physical complaints, the nurturing of our minds is essential if we are to realise our full potential.  I consider a massage treatment to be more than manipulating muscles and joints; it is taking the whole person and recognising their particular needs at that particular time.  I believe that 'you' are the most important aspect of the treatment and it is this philosophy that drew me to Haelan.

I am currently training in Naturopathic Nutrition as I believe that how we nourish our bodies is fundamental to our mental wellbeing as well as our physical health; what we eat impacts on how we feel.  This practice stresses the use of whole and organic foods as medicine – an integral concept of healing in many indigenous societies.  It is my belief that massage therapy and nutritional therapy go hand in hand in treating not just the symptoms of the complaint, but the whole person, looking at the cause of imbalances to restore health and wellbeing.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and joining you on the road to empowerment.

Doe Warnes

Hello, I’m Doe! I have been practising bodywork for over 40 years and am still fascinated and passionate in learning about the human body. I like to create a safe, empathic and supportive environment for people that will foster better health and wellness.

It has been my experience that the combination of raising one’s body/mind awareness along with some understanding of ‘how the body works’ and therapeutic touch is a powerful and effective vehicle for overall health. It enables positive change that is grounded in authenticity.

At Healan Therapy I am offering shiatsu treatments, Japanese facial massage and workshops. I am also a Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist and in the near future will be offering somatic movement therapy sessions.

I have worked with people of all ages, abilities, cultures and health issues throughout London and Hertfordshire. I have extensive experience of working with older adults and people with: chronic conditions i.e. multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, M.E.; anxiety and stress-related disorders; depression; muscular-skeletal problems and HIV+/Aids, along with those that are well and would like to maintain health. I run interactive and experiential workshops that are a combination of shiatsu-based bodywork, anatomy and physiology from a western and eastern perspective and mindful movement.

I look forward to meeting you and offering whatever help I can.

Natalie Beckett

Hi I’m Natalie. I have always loved working with people but over the years my work has evolved into helping people.

After I qualified as a physical trainer I decided to pursue my yoga qualification and for me the best way to  do this was in India on an intensive course which has since led me on a journey of healing and holistic health and care. I’ve learned and am still studying Yogic Philosophy , Ayurveda, Meditation and Mantra.

I’m now a Sound Master among other things and I’m in love with this therapy and the spectrum of applications it has.

I’m a firm believer that our bodies are amazing and we all have the capacity to heal ourselves and live our best life everyday by treating the root cause of our particular imbalances and not just treating the symptoms.

Working at Haelan, I aim to raise your vibrations mind, body and soul and give you the freedom to live your best day, everyday.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you

Lucy Bassett

Hi! I’m Lucy!  I qualified 12 years ago as a holistic therapist.  I took a break to have my little girl and I am really pleased to be back practicing what I love!

I facilitate treatments in Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Indian Head Massage.

Naturally my passion has started to flourish in supporting pregnant ladies and new mums.  I understand that this is such a special and crazy time where Mum really deserves much love and care. Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology are especially great during these times.

But overall, I find it so fulfilling helping people of all ages with their wellbeing and self-care, which I truly believe is so important for our survival.

Our Centres

Hitchin

Our centre in Hitchin is set amongst the hustle and bustle of Bucklersbury.  The street is a vibrant part of the town but once you enter the nurturing vibe of our centre you feel as if you are a million miles away from the general melee and hubbub.  Parking is available in the town's multitude of car parks.  Parking fees will apply.

Such a beautiful and tranquil space. The moment I walk into the treatment room, I immediately take a sigh of relief. I have arrived.

St Paul's Walden

Our centre in St Paul's Walden is based at the Learning to Listen Centre in East Hall Farmhouse.   Set in the rural landscape of the Bowes-Lyon Estate, the therapy room feels like home away from home. As you arrive, just breathing in the fresh country air is enough to make you instantly relax.

There is something deeply lovely about arriving at the farm, being somewhere so quiet and welcoming.
