Rebecca Kelly

Hi, I am Rebecca Kelly, owner of Haelan Therapy Ltd.  I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Transformational Coach and Equine Facilitated Coach.  I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our website.

I began my journey in holistic therapy in 2010 after my mum was diagnosed with cancer for the third time.  At that time I was a Fundraising Manager for a local children’s charity.  However after mum’s diagnosis, it put life into perspective and I decided to take some time out and swap it all for a high flying career in nappies and CBeebies!  A year on and although I enjoyed spending time with my children; drive and ambition and a desire to have a career that ‘filled my well’  but also fitted around the school run found me once again doing what all working mothers do…a juggling act!  But this time it had real purpose behind it.  Click HERE to read more about Rebecca.

Johanna Osborn

My name is Jo Osborn, a Reiki Master Practitioner, Energy Healer, Transformational Coach and Equine Facilitated Coach.

At Haelan Therapy my aim is to bring Reiki and Energy Healing to the foreground.  I have always had a fascination with all things holistic and often felt that healing would be a part of my life; I just wasn’t sure what it would look like or eventually mean to me.  In 2012 I volunteered as a case study for Rebecca when she first studied and became attuned to Reiki.  During this time I felt an amazing sense of calm and clarity and I knew that I needed to find out more.    Click HERE to read more about Jo.

Karenanne Hay

Hi, I am Karenanne Hay. I am inspired by the potential of all human spirit. I specialise in helping people make the best of their lives. My belief is that everyone has the capacity to be exactly who they want to be. Within my treatments I look to treat the whole person rather than just a set of symptoms and my role is to enable people to release tension, stress and worry so they can feel more grounded to make the next move in their life.

My training began over 20 years ago and therefore I bring to Haelan a wealth of knowledge which spans across reflexology, massage, reiki and counselling. Having experienced my own pain and suffering, I believe that with the right support, everyone has the ability to do the same both inside and out. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Sarah Tomlin

Hello, I'm Sarah. I trained in Swedish body and deep tissue massage with the intention of helping others to heal.  I aimed to do this primarily through easing stiff and achy muscles, soothing tired joints and repairing misalignments of the body. Through my own personal experience, it soon became apparent that as well as paying attention to our physical complaints, the nurturing of our minds is essential if we are to realise our full potential.  I consider a massage treatment to be more than manipulating muscles and joints; it is taking the whole person and recognising their particular needs at that particular time.  I believe that 'you' are the most important aspect of the treatment and it is this philosophy that drew me to Haelan.  Click HERE to read more about Sarah.

Sam Stearn

Let me introduce myself.  My name is Sammie.  I started my journey as a Beauty Therapist over 20 years ago.  I wasn't sure why I chose this career at that time, but I now realise that it was because I wanted to care for others.    Whilst studying in London, I worked at a number of amazing skincare companies and had a successful career with Christian Dior.  My love for facials grew from here, and after taking time out to travel the world and be a mum to my 3 gorgeous children, I realised that I wanted to explore this area of holistic therapy further.  Sam also runs a Beauty practice at Nu Hair & Beauty on Weds - Saturdays providing beauty treatments.   Click HERE to read more about Sam.

Adeline St John

Being a local gal, I find it a real joy to work with local businesses and it is a real pleasure to work with Team Haelan.  The girls' passion and enthusiasm is very infectious and promoting them socially is a real pleasure.   My ethos at Media Bites is that smaller companies should have the same opportunities on social media, as the larger companies do.  Using my experience working with corporates, I get great satisfaction in knowing that I am supporting Haelan Therapy to grow to their full potential locally.  We share the Haelan message across 3 channels, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.  We blog on a monthly basis with relevant and responsive topics and share all of our latest news and offers.  Don’t miss out! Our Centre

Haelan Therapy is a holistic therapy centre with treatment rooms based in Hitchin and St Paul's Walden, Hertfordshire.  We pride ourselves in our ability to offer settings in both a busy and vibrant town centre (Hitchin) and a tranquil rural retreat (St Paul's Walden) for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of life in town.  We believe we can offer something for everyone in both of these locations.

Our centre in Hitchin is set amongst the hustle and bustle of Bucklersbury.  The street is a vibrant part of the town but once you enter the nurturing vibe of our centre you feel as if you are a million miles away from the general melee and hubbub.  Parking is available in the town's multitude of car parks.  Parking fees will apply.

Such a beautiful and tranquil space. The moment I walk into the treatment room, I immediately take a sigh of relief. I have arrived.
— Claire, Hitchin

St Paul's Walden

Our centre in St Paul's Walden is based at the Learning to Listen Centre in East Hall Farmhouse.   Set in the rural landscape of the Bowes-Lyon Estate, the therapy room feels like home away from home. As you arrive, just breathing in the fresh country air is enough to make you instantly relax.

There is something deeply lovely about arriving at the farm, being somewhere so quiet and welcoming.
