**Energy Healing Case Studies Required - read on for more information***
Back in September I mentioned I was embarking on an eight month course to achieve a Diploma in Energy Healing. I am now three months into my studies and I am LOVING it! I have already had the opportunity to gain new skills in colour therapy and crystal healing and am already bringing the learning back into the therapy room!
In order to help me work towards achieving my Diploma I need some willing volunteers to come and receive a number of deeply relaxing healing treatments in our beautiful Haelan therapy room at the Learning to Listen Centre, East Hall Farmhouse in St Pauls Walden. If this sounds like something you would like to experience and come on a journey with me over the next 5 months then I’d love to hear from you. Please drop me an email to email@example.com, inbox me here or comment below to find out more details.
We’ve all had those days when we feel ‘off’ and want to hide from the world. Often we drag ourselves through the day and make conscious or ‘subconscious’ choices to dress in dark colours and in a particular way to reflect this mood. When we have an important meeting, a date, or an interview and want to make an impression, stand out and feel powerful or confident, we will often choose strong, bold colours and shapes, something that makes us feel emotionally and mentally a particular way...again either on a conscious or subconscious level. Well, our energetic bodies work exactly the same too. When we are stressed or feeling ‘out of sorts’ our linked energy centres show their blockages; for example their colours may be dark and murky. However, when we are feeling well and our energy flows freely, and in balance the colours around these centres are vibrant and strong. When using colour in healing, our bodies already know what colour it needs and as a healer I tune into this and use the connection with my client's energy centres to clear away the blockages using the pertinent colour required.
Why don’t you try it? Take a moment to think of a dark depressing colour…immerse yourself in its heaviness, thickness, oppressiveness…..how does it make you feel? Now think of a bright vibrant colour……… how does that make you feel? Pretty different I’d imagine. Colour is a powerful tool that is all around us and can have a potent effect on how we feel in that moment on both a mental, emotional and sometimes physical level. Think about that the next time you want to hide in black…by adding a zing of colour it may effect you in such a way that the result is the black option stays in the cupboard the next day!
So how can you help me, help you?
Along with colour therapy, crystal therapy has also been a huge part of my learning too. But, I think I may come back and share that another time with you...OR..how about taking the opportunity to find out about it all for yourself in person….you can help me, to help you! It's all about the WIN-WIN!
